"Matt did a multi-stage rehab of an old house I bought with layered financing issues. For the rehab itself, he did an excellent job on every aspect of the project which included: installing new windows; installing new ground wires; replacing the old furnace; replacing the main drain pipe and two toilets; installing a new roof; installing doors; building a new bathroom; and tearing down, building, or repairing various walls and ceilings. Matt handled it all, plus numerous little things, and did quality work throughout. Matt was patient with us, the homeowners, and our financial institution, which was quite demanding.
